Challenge

There's a thriving secondhand community in Hong Kong, however the platforms for connecting buyer and sellers are outdated, and offers limited functionality. Hong Kong also produces more waste per capita than any other city or country on earth.

Solution

A side project me and my friend Jimmy started, initially it was just a proof of concept I developed during a Christmas holiday. which eventually we decided to launch in beta.

Result

Many users like the design and layout, the search and category options. Even if it is a very crude design with zero marketing it now ranks on the first SERP. We plan to develop this proof of concept further.
